Asexual Reproduction

The aim of this lecture is to present on Asexual Reproduction. It is a type of reproduction by which offspring arise from a single organism, and inherit the genes of that parent only; it does not involve the fusion of gametes and almost never changes the number of chromosomes. This lecture briefly describe three methods of vegetative propagtaion- tubers, bulbs and runners. Artificial propagation has allowed us to adapt and improve plants for our own use.
